All website content including product images, branding, artwork, logos, styling concepts, and designs are the intellectual property of Norika Creations.

2. Product Information & Customization

Norika Creations specializes in designer and customized outfits including:

• Bridal Lehenga,

• Sarees,

• Gowns,

• Wedding Wear,

• Designer Ethnic Wear,

• and made-to-order fashion pieces.

Since many products are handcrafted and customized:

• slight variations in embroidery,

• handwork,

• color tone,

• fabric texture,

• and detailing may occur.

These variations are natural characteristics of handcrafted designer products and shall not be treated as defects.

Customized products are created according to customer-provided measurements, preferences, and approvals. Customers are responsible for providing accurate details during the order process.

3. Advance Payment for Customized Orders

Customized and made-to-order outfits require an advance payment starting from 20% of the total order value, depending upon the selected product, design complexity, and customization requirements.

Production and processing will begin only after payment confirmation and design approval from the customer.

Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production, stitching, embroidery, or tailoring work has commenced.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

• Prices for Indian customers are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

• International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges which shall be borne by the customer.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit Cards

• Debit Cards

• UPI

• Net Banking

• Wallets

• Razorpay/Payment Gateway Services

• Partial Advance Payments

Norika Creations reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only on selected ready-made products.

COD is not available for:

• Customized outfits

• Bridal collections

• Lehengas

• Gowns

• Made-to-order products

• Bulk orders

Open delivery is not available for COD orders.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Norika Creations reserves the right to:

• reject orders,

• limit quantities,

• refuse service,

• or cancel transactions at its sole discretion.

Cancellation requests are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders for customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to dispatch and deliver all products within estimated timelines. However, delivery timelines may vary depending upon:

• customization requirements,

• production timelines,

• festive seasons,

• courier delays,

• weather conditions,

• customs clearance,

• or circumstances beyond our control.

Norika Creations shall not be held responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or force majeure events.

Incorrect shipping details provided by customers may result in failed deliveries, delays, or additional shipping charges.

8. Return, Refund & Exchange

Returns, refunds, and exchanges shall be governed by our Return & Refund Policy available on the website.

Customized, stitched, altered, bridal, and made-to-order outfits are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns for ready-made products may only be accepted subject to eligibility conditions mentioned in our policy.

9. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on our website:

• you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials,

• and for all activities conducted under your account.

Norika Creations shall not be liable for unauthorized access caused due to negligence in protecting account credentials.

10. Limitation of Liability

Norika Creations shall not be liable for:

• indirect losses,

• incidental damages,

• delayed deliveries,

• color variations,

• measurement issues caused by incorrect customer information,

• or losses arising from misuse of products or website services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased order.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, brand assets, website designs, product photographs, graphics, and content displayed on the website are owned by Norika Creations and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized usage is strictly prohibited.

12. Force Majeure

Norika Creations shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control including:
